Connects

What ZunderFlow can connect to Tally

These are the kinds of data the Tally connector covers. They are examples of what can be connected, not a fixed package: you choose what you need.

  • Orders

    Confirmed orders pushed to Tally

Orders confirmed in ZunderFlow, whether they came from your dealers' app or portal, WhatsApp, email or your sales team, can be pushed to Tally.

  • Invoices

    Invoice creation

Invoices are created in Tally from those orders, so your books and GST filing stay where your accountant already works.

  • Stock

    Inventory deductions

Inventory deductions are synchronized between ZunderFlow and Tally.

  • Dealer accounts

    Balances and payments

Dealer balance and payment updates are kept in sync with Tally.

  • Adjustments

    Credit and debit notes

Credit and debit notes are handled as part of the sync.

  • Master data

    Master data synchronization

Master data can be synchronized. Which records, and which system leads for each, is agreed per client.

ZunderFlow supports real-time and scheduled synchronization, and two-way sync where supported. Your accounting workflow decides which of these you use.

Your books

What stays in Tally

ZunderFlow doesn't replace Tally. It runs the dealer-facing side: ordering, dealer-specific prices and schemes, credit checks, delivery with proof, and payments. Tally stays your books, where invoices are created and GST filing is done.

The point of the connection is that nobody retypes an order. A dealer orders, your team confirms it, and it reaches Tally.

Fit

Who this is for

Mostly manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers who bill in Tally and take orders from dealers or retailers.

A good fit if you…

  • Bill in Tally and want dealer orders to reach it without being typed in again
  • Take orders today by phone, WhatsApp, email or through your sales team
  • Need each dealer to see their own prices and credit limit when ordering
  • Want Tally to stay your books, with invoices and GST filing done there

ZunderFlow takes dealer orders in your own branded app, portal or WhatsApp and sends the confirmed ones to Tally.

Talk to us first if you…

  • Use Busy, Marg, SAP, Oracle or another system, which are connected per client through our API rather than as ready-made connectors
  • Run more than one Tally company, or have a heavily customized Tally
  • Want a specific item to flow in a specific direction or on a specific schedule

None of these is a blocker. They just need to be scoped with you before we commit to anything.

Per client

What we decide with you

We don't publish a fixed specification for the Tally sync, because Tally setups differ from business to business. Instead we agree these points with you during onboarding.

Decided per clientWhat we settle with you
What syncsWhich of the examples above you want switched on, and which you don't. For instance, orders only, or orders plus stock and balances.
DirectionWhich system is the source for each item. Orders go from ZunderFlow to Tally; for stock, balances and master data we agree whether data also flows back.
FrequencyReal time or on a schedule, based on how your accounting workflow runs.
MappingHow your products, dealers and tax settings line up with what is in Tally, through rule mapping and validation.
Setup and accessWhat access to your Tally we need, and who on your side confirms the setup.
Testing and errorsHow we check the sync before you go live, and how sync errors are logged, reviewed and fixed afterwards.

Onboarding

How we scope the Tally integration with you

It's part of onboarding, not a separate project.

  1. 1

Tell us how you use Tally

Book a demo or send a quote request and say you use Tally. Tell us how orders and invoices work for you today.

  2. 2

    Agree the scope

We agree what should sync, in which direction and how often, using the points above.

  3. 3

    Connect, map and test

We configure the connector with rule mapping on day 3 of the 72-hour go-live plan and check the sync before you go live.

  4. 4

    Go live and monitor

You take live orders. Sync errors are logged and visible for review, and our team helps resolve them.

What we need from you

  • Access to Tally, if you want it synced
  • Your product list and price lists
  • Your dealer list with groups and credit limits
  • Someone who can confirm how your books are kept and what should reach them

Tally Integration: Questions

Everything you need to know about ZunderFlow. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out to our team.

Yes. ZunderFlow has a prebuilt Tally connector. Confirmed dealer orders are pushed to Tally, where invoices are created, and stock, dealer balances, payments and credit or debit notes can be kept in sync. What syncs for your business, in which direction and how often is agreed with you during onboarding.

The connector covers confirmed orders, invoice creation, inventory deductions, dealer balance and payment updates, credit and debit note handling, and master data. You don't have to use all of it. We agree which of these to switch on for your setup.

ZunderFlow supports both real-time and scheduled synchronization. Which suits you depends on how your accounting workflow runs, and we set it with you during onboarding.

Orders flow from ZunderFlow into Tally. For other data, such as stock, balances and master data, ZunderFlow can sync in both directions where supported. We agree the direction for each item with you.

No. ZunderFlow runs dealer ordering, pricing, credit checks, delivery and payments. Tally stays your books, where invoices are created and GST filing is done.

Not as ready-made connectors. Other systems, such as Busy, Marg, SAP and Oracle, are connected for each client during setup, through ZunderFlow's API. Tell us what you use and we'll scope it with you.

No. Standard integrations are set up and managed by the ZunderFlow team. Advanced or custom integrations may involve your technical team.

Tally is connected on day 3 of the 72-hour go-live plan, and we check the sync before you take live orders. The timing depends on how ready your systems are. Sync errors are logged and visible for review, and our team helps resolve them.
