His background includes contributing to separation engineering during the PayPal and eBay demerger, supporting global SaaS infrastructure growth at Freshworks during its NASDAQ journey, leading core product architecture at MoEngage and re-engineering database systems at State Bank of India one of the largest banking infrastructures in the world. These systems required sustained performance under scale, structured workflows and uncompromising operational control.
That experience directly informs the architecture of ZunderFlow. The platform centralizes dealer ordering workflows, structures multi-channel order capture across WhatsApp, email, dealer portals and field sales inputs, enforces role-based pricing governance and maintains audit-ready records across distribution layers. It synchronizes inventory, integrates with accounting systems and optionally enhances existing ERP environments without replacing core financial infrastructure.
Zubin founded ZunderFlow after identifying a recurring structural gap within manufacturing and distribution networks: fragmented dealer communication, pricing inconsistencies, limited visibility and operational dependency on manual coordination. ZunderFlow was engineered to eliminate dealer order chaos by introducing structured control, visibility and governance across the entire dealer commerce lifecycle from order capture to delivery synchronization.
Since 2022, ZunderFlow has operated within live dealer networks, supporting real-world manufacturers and distributors managing high-volume order environments. Under Zubin Souza's leadership, the platform continues to evolve as enterprise-ready dealer infrastructure built to provide stability, audit clarity and long-term operational reliability for serious distribution networks.
