Zoho Inventory Integration for Your Dealer Ordering App
ZunderFlow sends confirmed dealer orders to Zoho Inventory and keeps items, customers and price lists in sync. Nobody retypes an order. What syncs, in which direction and how often is agreed with you for your Zoho setup.
Connects
What ZunderFlow can connect to Zoho Inventory
These are the kinds of data the Zoho Inventory connection covers. They are examples of what can be connected, not a fixed package: you choose what you need.
Catalogue
Items and price lists
Your items and price lists can be kept in sync with Zoho. Dealers order from the same catalogue your team manages there.
Dealers
Customers
Customers in Zoho can be synced as dealers in ZunderFlow, ready to be put into groups with their own prices and credit limits.
Orders
Sales orders
Orders confirmed in ZunderFlow can reach Zoho as sales orders, whether they came from your dealers' app or portal, WhatsApp, email or your sales team.
Invoices
Order to invoice
Invoices are created in Zoho from those orders. Your invoicing and GST stay where your accounts team already works.
Stock
Inventory sync
Stock can be synchronised between ZunderFlow and Zoho Inventory, keeping stock levels during dealer ordering in line with Zoho.
Payments
Payment reconciliation and reports
Payments can be reconciled and reports exported, which keeps the numbers in ZunderFlow and Zoho in step.
ZunderFlow supports real-time and scheduled synchronisation, plus two-way sync where supported. Your stock and accounts workflow decides which of these you use.

What stays in Zoho Inventory
ZunderFlow doesn't replace Zoho Inventory. It runs the dealer-facing side: ordering, dealer-specific prices and schemes, credit checks, delivery with proof and payments. Zoho stays your system of record for stock and invoices.
If you're already on Zoho, setup is faster too. Your products, customers and price lists can come across from Zoho instead of being built again.
Fit
Who this is for
Mostly manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers who run stock and invoicing in Zoho Inventory and take orders from dealers or retailers.
A good fit if you…
- Run stock and invoicing in Zoho Inventory and want dealer orders to reach it without being typed in again
- Take orders today by phone, WhatsApp, email or through your sales team
- Need each dealer to see their own prices and credit limit when ordering
- Want your products, customers and price lists to come across from Zoho rather than be set up twice
ZunderFlow takes dealer orders in your own branded app, portal or WhatsApp and sends the confirmed ones to Zoho Inventory.
Talk to us first if you…
- Run more than one Zoho organisation or keep stock across several warehouses
- Use Zoho Books or another Zoho app alongside Zoho Inventory
- Have a heavily customised Zoho setup
- Want a specific item to flow in a specific direction or on a specific schedule
None of these is a blocker. They just need to be scoped with you before we commit to anything.
Per client
What we decide with you
We don't publish a fixed specification for the Zoho Inventory sync, because Zoho setups differ from business to business. Instead we agree these points with you during onboarding.
| Decided per client | What we settle with you |
|---|---|
| What syncs | Which of the examples above you want switched on and which you don't. For instance, orders only or orders plus items, price lists and stock. |
| Which system leads | Which system is the source for each item. Orders go from ZunderFlow to Zoho. For items, customers, price lists and stock we agree which side leads and whether changes flow back. |
| Frequency | Real time or on a schedule, based on how your stock and accounts workflow runs. |
| Mapping | How your products, dealers, price lists and tax settings line up with what is in Zoho. Also how orders should arrive there for your team. |
| Setup and access | Which Zoho organisation we connect to and who on your side approves the access and confirms the setup. |
| Testing and errors | How we check the sync before you go live. Also how sync errors are logged, reviewed and fixed afterwards. |
Onboarding
How we scope the Zoho Inventory integration with you
It's part of onboarding, not a separate project.
- 1
Tell us how you use Zoho
Book a demo or send a quote request and say you use Zoho Inventory. Tell us how orders, stock and invoices work for you today.
- 2
Agree the scope
We agree what should sync, which system leads for each item and how often, using the points above.
- 3
Connect, map and test
Your products, customers and price lists can come across from Zoho while we set up your catalogue. We activate the sync on day 3 of the 72-hour go-live plan and check it before you go live.
- 4
Go live and monitor
You take live orders. Sync errors are logged and visible for review, with our team on hand to resolve them.
What we need from you
- Access to your Zoho Inventory organisation, if you want it synced
- Your dealer groups, schemes and credit limits, if they aren't in Zoho
- Any dealer-specific prices that aren't in your Zoho price lists
- Someone who can confirm how stock and invoices are kept in Zoho and what should reach it
