Which cookies zunderflow.com sets, what each does and how to say no. We set analytics cookies only if you accept them.

1. What this page covers

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Browsers also offer local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. We call all of them "cookies" on this page. This page covers zunderflow.com and its free tools. The ZunderFlow apps and the dealer web portal are covered by the Privacy Policy. It is part of our Privacy Policy, which says how we handle the data cookies collect.

The company responsible for the data cookies collect is named in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your choice

The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you choose and after you press Reject, we set no analytics cookie and load no Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity script. Reject is as easy as Accept and nothing on the site stops working if you reject.

We remember your choice for 12 months and then ask again. You can change it at any time: press here or at the foot of any page. If you reject after accepting, we delete the analytics cookies from this browser and reload the page.

3. Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

We use two analytics services to see how the site is used, which pages help and where visitors get stuck. Google Analytics counts visits and measures actions such as demo requests and use of our free tools. Microsoft Clarity shows us heatmaps and recordings of sessions. We mask our forms and the invoice pages in it so what you type into them and the invoices you view aren't recorded. If you accept, these cookies are set:

Google Analytics receives your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you view. We never send it names, email addresses or phone numbers. For shared invoice and result pages and for the unsubscribe page we send Google only a plain address and title. We don't start Clarity on those pages. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page views. Each service is responsible for its own use of the data under its own privacy policy: Google and Microsoft.

Clarity and other Microsoft services may also set cookies on their own domains (clarity.ms and bing.com) with names such as CLID, MUID, ANONCHK and SM. We can't read or delete those from this site. You can remove them in your browser settings.

4. No advertising cookies of our own

We don't set advertising cookies ourselves and we don't show you ads based on your browsing. When you accept, we tell Google that you agree to analytics storage and not to advertising storage, ad personalisation or use of your data for ads. We also switch off Google signals. We tell Clarity the same. Microsoft may use the cookies it sets for its own purposes under its privacy statement.

5. What the site stores itself

The first three are needed to remember your choice or to make a tool you asked for work. They don't need your consent and aren't used for tracking. The last is a flag our team sets on its own browsers by opening a link with ?internal=1. Anyone who opens such a link sets it in their own browser. Google Analytics reads it only if you accept analytics cookies.

6. Other services you may open

  • Calendly. If you send a demo request and then open the booking calendar, Calendly loads in the page. Your name, email and company name go to it to pre-fill the booking and it may set its own cookies. See Calendly's privacy notice.
  • WhatsApp and other links. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and similar sites take you to their own sites and cookies once you open them.
  • Vercel Speed Insights. Measures page speed. It sets no cookies.

7. Managing and removing cookies

Use "Cookie settings" to change your choice on this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some sites then won't work as expected. Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We keep Google Analytics event data for 14 months. Microsoft Clarity keeps its data for up to 13 months. The Privacy Policy has the other retention periods.

8. Changes and contact
